Refund policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services supplied by Errota Systems LLC, trading as Errota Labs. We do not sell physical goods, so there are no product returns.

Monthly plans

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and the agreed work continues until then.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and no work has been delivered, we refund that first month in full.

Projects

• Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel before work begins.
• If you cancel after work has started, we charge for the work completed and refund the rest.
• If a deliverable does not match what was agreed, tell us within 30 days and we will put it right or refund the affected part.

Training

• Workshops and sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 5 business days before the agreed date.
• Cancellations made at least 5 business days before the first session are refunded in full. Later cancellations are refunded for sessions not yet delivered, minus materials already prepared for you.

AI usage and third-party tools

Money already spent on AI model usage, hosting or third-party subscriptions on your behalf cannot be refunded by us, as it has been paid to those providers.

How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] with your quote or invoice number and a short description. We reply within two business days with the next steps.

When you receive your money

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
