Last updated: November 3, 2026

This policy explains how Errota Systems LLC, trading as Errota Labs ("Errota Labs", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal information when you visit this website, contact us or become a customer.

Who is responsible

Errota Labs is a trade name of Errota Systems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Errota Systems LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us about any privacy matter at [email protected].

What we collect

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser stores that preference locally on your device; it is never sent to us.

Why we use it

Working with your data

When we build assistants, automations or applications for you, we may process data about your own customers, students or staff on your instructions. We use it only for that work, keep it confidential and return or delete it when the engagement ends.

AI providers

AI systems we build for you send content to the AI model provider chosen for your project so it can generate answers. We only use providers whose business terms do not allow them to use that content to train their models, we send no more data than the task needs, and we tell you in the quote which provider each system uses.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only to the extent needed: website hosting and security (Cloudflare, Inc.), contact form delivery (Web3Forms), email (Proton AG), payment providers and, for client projects, the AI and software providers named in the quote. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to its use and to obtain a copy. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

Security

The website is served exclusively over encrypted connections, we use multi-factor authentication on the accounts we manage, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
